Everything was great, had a really great stay for a night out and shopping trip. Spotless and immaculate units with iron, the mirrors, for instance, and the staff were welcoming. I enjoyed the hotel's rooftop bar.

The location couldn't be better. We enjoyed the Jermyn Street Theatre and went ice skating at a nearby rink. The hotel was super clean, and the staff was really friendly. Perfect for groups looking to explore!

The only downside was that we faced some trouble getting an extra duvet for our room. Despite asking a few times, we did not receive it due to stock issues, although they did compensate us.
